We process your documents to extract semantic structure, generate embeddings, perform vector lookups, and send secure contextual fragments to the AI models (OpenAI or Anthropic) based on your provider preference. We do NOT store your credit card details; payments are handled directly and securely through our gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, or Razorpay).

All uploads are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest using enterprise-grade storage. Workspace configurations ensure that vector collections are strictly isolated, and your private API keys remain securely hidden.
