Senior AI Research Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer to lead the design and optimization of our document analysis models. You will work on integrating state-of-the-art LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5), building robust custom RAG pipelines, and implementing advanced chunking and indexing algorithms. Your work will directly power our core document intelligence platform, helping researchers and enterprises instantly chat with and extract insights from complex documents.

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning. - Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector). - Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and integration of LLM APIs. - Strong track record of deploying robust ML models to production. - Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical background.
