Job Description
As our Lead DevOps Engineer, you will own the global infrastructure, deployment automation, and reliability of DocuSense AI. You will build and scale high-performance cloud clusters, optimize our heavy background processing queues (resumes, heavy OCR scanning), and guarantee maximum security and uptime.
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- In-depth mastery of AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS).
- Extensive experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Expert knowledge of queue management (Redis, RabbitMQ) and MySQL performance scaling.
- Strong focus on security compliance, backups, and network protection.
