We are looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition specialist to join our hybrid office team. You will lead hiring campaigns, coordinate interview flows, review incoming career portal candidates, maintain HR policies, and manage employee onboarding and engagement programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR or tech recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and recruitment pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Outgoing, empathetic personality with top-tier emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week in our hybrid London/SF location.
