Our users love DocuSense AI, and we want to keep it that way! As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise and premium customers. You will guide them through onboarding, answer complex API/system integration questions, troubleshoot issues, and collect valuable product feedback to drive customer retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support experience in SaaS.
- Technical literacy and comfort explaining APIs, document parsing, and file sizes.
- Exceptional empathy, patience, and customer-first mindset.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with helpdesk software (Intercom, Zendesk) is highly valued.
